Sai Came And Was Awake Whole Night For Me

Shirdi Sai Global Balparayan Devotee Saieesh From India Says: Om Sai Ram. My maternal grandmother is a part of the Mahaparayan group. My mother is not a part of Mahaparayan but still, she reads two chapters every week that Baba has asked her to read. My name is Saieesh. I am 8 years old. I am a part of Balparayan of Mahaparayan. With Baba’s blessings, I belong to the Balparayan group iBP-30 Chinmayee Sai.   

I have always experienced Baba’s miracles even before starting to read parayan. I always used to ask my parents if I could read for the parayan too. And as per Baba’s plan, as soon as the Balparayan group was formed I became a part of It and was very happy to read the parayan. After I started reading the parayan, I can relate to things better and found myself closer to Sai. I know that Sai is always with me and my faith keeps growing.

I was unwell and had severe pain in my stomach, maybe due to indigestion. At least that is what everyone felt. So, my mom’s Amma gave me cummin seeds to eat and asked me to sleep. But, the pain did not lessen. So, everyone was worried. But at 11 PM the night and that too during lockdown going to a doctor was also not possible. So, they made me sleep. As a practice, daily we drink Baba’s Udi mixed in water every night before going to bed. As usual, we did that and slept. Although I was still in pain, my mother could not do much and she just kept praying to Sai Deva.

Later, my mom thinks that she feels that she fell off to sleep. Suddenly, she woke to see if I was sleeping or not. It may have been around 4 AM in the morning. She could see someone walking or some movement near me. But when she saw me fast asleep, she realized that I was feeling better. She prayed to Baba and went back to bed. Later, in the morning the first thing I told my mom was, “Amma do you know, yesterday the whole night Sai Baba was sitting beside me and massaged my stomach. I felt better and He put me off to sleep. I think Baba left only after I slept. He was awake the whole night for me. He loves me so much. But He did not sleep because of me.”

Hearing my words, my mom was speechless and had nothing to say about this, because she realized that the movement or someone walking, that she saw next to me at 4 AM must have been Baba’s presence. She just bowed at His Lotus Feet and thanked Him.

What a beautiful Leela of our dear Baba Who is love and mercy incarnate. He is beyond our imagination and His ways are simply unfathomable. Sometimes due to pain in our lives, our devotion goes to sleep. Let us massage our consciousness, patience, and our memory as well for the past experiences with Baba so that faith and devotion would be awakened within us.
